Job Description
As an IT Technical Support professional, you will be responsible for deploying, installing, and configuring PCs, laptops, and printers. Your role will involve providing level 1 and level 2 support, managing assigned tickets, troubleshooting hardware issues, and assisting end-users.
We welcome fresh graduates with a background in IT, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering. Knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking concepts is preferred.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Php14,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month.
