Job Description
First and Second Level Technical Support for Desktop, Printer and Network Technical Issues.
Responsible for all Desktop Management, IT equipment upgrades, and inventory.
Maintain Internal Network Structure of a data center by managing routers and ensuring all users are running.
Conduct Daily Inspection of all Routers, Switches and Access Points to ensure efficiency.
Resolve operational, infrastructure, or hardware incidents.
Responsible for making proposals and recommendations for Desktop, Printer, and Network Equipment upgrades/migrations.
Responsible for Network Equipment Configuration and set up.
All movements of desktop and network equipment must be coordinated with the IT In-House Head.
