Job Description
Overall Point-of-Contact for all IT related matters for 4tech’s own business and the services provided to clients via the Companies network connections. Because the client is only a small business then this role will include providing technical advice about the best service for a particular client, provisions the services for clients, day to day network management and providing technical support and fault-finding services to clients.
- Looking at the requirements of individual clients and advising what speed of connection is required plus any additional requirements such as dedicated IP address, port forwarding etc.
- Provisioning of services to individual clients using a user friendly web interface to the Bandwidth and Contention controller at the particular site.
- Daily monitor of the network to ensure that it is running smoothly and to identify issues before they affect clients.
- Dealing with calls and emails from Clients who have questions or issues – normally slow internet or trouble connecting certain devices.
- Managing the Companies own Office 365 instance and occasional those of clients.

Salary: Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
