Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Telco Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance in managing telecommunications systems. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting network issues, maintaining system documentation, and implementing system upgrades.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, with a strong understanding of telecommunication technologies. Proficiency in networking protocols, VOIP systems, and experience with telecom equipment is highly desired.
