Job Description
You know you are the perfect fit if you have:
- Setup & maintenance of the Outsource Vendor assessment process
- Setup & maintenance of E2E license management process
- Maintain Vendor inventory with the category, criticality, assessment frequency, assessment grades etc..,
- Maintain License inventory with expiry date, license count & forecasts etc..,
- Conduct vendor service reviews for major outsourcing partners
- Report diligently to the quarterly IT board on vendor assessment initiatives, progress and results with risks and mitigation plans
- Owner of taking necessary actions on vendor in case of poor vendor support
- Ownership of license lifecycle in coordination with corporate procurement team and IT
- Maintain license utilization reports
- Gate keeper of license utilization within the organization and report effectively to the management
- Identify & implement license optimization opportunities with the IT and Business Teams
As part of our growth, your tasks will be to:
- At least 5 years of experience in handling vendor assessment & software assets
- Knowledge of E2E license procurement, maintaining utilization reports, renewal process, termination process
- Have proper knowledge on ITAM workflow
- Have previous experience in working with SAM tools
- Experience with collecting information for budgeting, software compliance & inventory, contract summaries, and cost comparisons
- Experience with assessment of software license agreements and evaluation of legal impacts for the organization
- Experience managing licensing for key strategic vendors such as Oracle, Microsoft, Genesys, SAS, and SAP
- Experience in optimization for software licenses, minimizing associated spending whilst remaining compliant
