Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Italian Technical Support with Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to Italian-speaking customers while also identifying sales opportunities to promote our products or services.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in both Italian and English, as well as a solid technical background to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively. Sales experience is a plus, as you will be expected to upsell or cross-sell to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue.
