Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented ITIL/Process Controller to join our team. As an ITIL/Process Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the ITIL processes within our organization, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Creating and maintaining ITIL documentation and processes.
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency.
- Ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices and standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Conducting regular audits to assess process compliance and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ITIL processes, be familiar with IT service management tools, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
