Job Description
ITVT has been a leading provider of innovative branch solutions for the industrial and energy sectors since 2001. We are a certified company with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and data security. Currently, we are looking to hire individuals for the following responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Creating and updating tickets using the ticketing system
- Providing basic troubleshooting and resolution for common technical issues
- Escalating complex issues to the relevant teams
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and technical knowledge
- Creating and updating infrastructure documentation
Job Requirements:
- Technical interest and desktop proficiency
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Technical writing abilities
- Fast-learner and self-starter mindset
- Familiarity with Microsoft client/server environments
- Knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP, and networking concepts
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure is a plus
