Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with customers via email and phone calls in Japanese language
- Accurately manage and resolve customer issues
- Create Case/Ticket documentation
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Take inbound calls and respond to customer requests
Qualifications:
- Must be Filipino who speaks, read and write Japanese Language
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong and effective client and customer management
- Ability to adapt to clients-based tools, products, and applications
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to Php100,00.00 per month
Experience:
- Japanese CSR: 1 year (Preferred)
