Job Description
We are seeking a Japanese VISA Customer Support Representative to manage daily operations, ensure compliance, and foster strong relationships with diplomats at Neocareer RCX.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with diplomats, oversee daily operations at the visa application center, ensure compliance, guide staff, and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications: Experience in visa processing or administrative management, fluency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or Above), and willingness to work in Davao or Cebu.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php70,00.00 – Php120,00.00 per month
