Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
・Establish and maintain strong business relationships with diplomats.
・Manage daily operations at the visa application center efficiently.
・Conduct quality checks on visa applications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
・Monitor errors and reduce rates through effective tracking.
・Adhere to contract processes and lead the team according to standard operating procedures.
・Support personal and team growth through regular training.
・Respond to staff, applicant, and customer inquiries.
・Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php70,00.00 – Php120,00.00 per month
Benefits: Paid training
Schedule: 8 hour shift
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
