Job Opening: Executive Japanese Chef at Makati Shangri-La
Makati Shangri-La is a deluxe hotel in Manila offering luxurious accommodations and top-notch facilities. We are currently seeking an Executive Japanese Chef to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Implement standardized procedures in line with hotel standards
- Maintain food preparation in alignment with service and hygiene standards
- Ensure Health and Safety standards are adhered to
- Manage Japanese kitchen operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years experience in 5-star hotels in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Europe
- Expertise in authentic Japanese cuisine, especially Sushi
- Fluency in Nihonggo and English
- Passion for Food & Beverage with excellent interpersonal skills
- Commitment to serving high-quality food
