Job Description
PROJECT NAME: Procurement BPO
POSITION TITLE: Japanese Procurement Operations Analyst
WORK SETUP: Hybrid
OVERALL PURPOSE: P+ Payable Ops Vendor Management Processor.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Experience with vendor data management process.
- Build and maintain communication with other delivery center SMEs.
- Manage daily vendor team operations to meet service SLA/KPI.
- Attend meetings/trainings on vendor process updates.
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis/reports for controllership.
- Standardize processes, automate where possible, and drive implementation.
- Monitor internal control, risk, and compliance activities.
- Support V&A process.
- Develop relationships with key clients/stakeholders.
- Take ownership.

Project Shift Schedule: Rotation
Project Rest Day: Rotation
Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 0 to 2 years of experience
- Japanese proficiency flexible to N3 to N1
- Japanese language + generic F&A domains required
- Vendor Management / PTP domain preferred
- College graduate with an accountancy/finance degree
