Job Description
The Job Controller is in charge of assigning the job orders to technicians. He directly monitors the status and job progress of each, so as to regularly provide the Service Advisor with updates to give to the customer. He is responsible for leveling out the workshop workload and maximizing the workshop output through proper job assignment and monitoring.
