Job Description
Job Summary
- Responsible for the efficiency and utilization of technicians
- Ensuring successful distribution of job cards through the workshop
- Reportorial requirements such as TEPR-Technician Efficiency and Productivity Report and DRR (Daily Receiving Report)
- Ensure accurate & timely processing of all “job card write-ups” and job completion status on DMS
- Pass all completed jobs to service costing / warranty / administration for invoicing whilst ensuring all work hours expended have been documented
- Operate the workshop loading system, allocating jobs to the Technicians who are most suitable
- Update Job Monitoring Board and System Daily
Job Requirements
- Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Servicing or any related course.
- With NC2 Certification in Automotive Servicing.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in automotive repairs industry
- Possess basic reading and writing skills in English to comprehend service/repair orders.
- With professional Driver’s License.
- Must be knowledgeable in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
