Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage drafting and design of joinery projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients for design compliance.
- Lead and mentor a team, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
- Review and approve drawings, specifications, and design changes.
- Ensure projects meet industry regulations, safety standards, and client needs.
- Optimize drafting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and solve design issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years joinery experience with drafting background.
- Proven managerial experience, proficient in CAD software.
- Understanding of joinery techniques, materials, and construction.
