Job Description
- Identifies projects’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.
- Produces CAD drawings and renderings, as well as color boards, for precise designs.
- Gathers measurements and calculations for design layouts.
- Uses CAD software to produce architectural plans and ensure accuracy.
- Records all vital information and documentation.
- Specifies project details like cost estimates and materials.
- Ensures layouts meet required codes and standards.
- Conducts site visits to check project status and make adjustments.
Job Qualifications:
- Proficient in AutoCad, Sketchup, Photoshop, and rendering software.
- Experience in site inspections and design presentation.
- Background in restaurant planning and keen on architectural details.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
