Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for PC, Laptop, and Printer deployment, installation, and configuration.
- Attend to assigned tickets promptly within specified SLAs.
- Provide updates on service request or incident status.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues, replace defective parts, and escalate as needed.
- Format/cloning of PC and Laptops, network configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
- Perform PC checkup, maintenance, and necessary tasks.
- Escalate critical problems for immediate resolution.
- Carry out other relevant tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Technical knowledge of Windows OS operations.
- Proficient in hardware/software troubleshooting and repair.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and server concepts.
- Familiar with antivirus, server setups, and backup procedures.
- Quick learner with good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow procedures and work in shifts.
- Experience with IT equipment inventory and documentation.

Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
