Job Description
We are searching for a dedicated Jr. Helpdesk Support professional to join our team at Visaya Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) in Ortigas, Pasig City. As a first-line support provider, you will assist users through phone, email, and in-person for technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, assist in system setups, and provide configuration support.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma, 1-2 years of technical support experience, proficiency in Windows and Mac OS, and strong communication skills are essential. Must be willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
