Job Description
As a Jr. HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting in the human resources functions within the organization. Your duties will include recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations support.
You will work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as assist in employee development programs and performance evaluations.
Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
