Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Ensure workflow in the operation is according to the production processes.
- Lead the operators to meet the targets.
- Assist in identifying corrective measures of malfunction machineries and equipment.
- Provide technical training on the proper use of equipment and assist in monitoring compliance with safety requirements.
- Assist in checking job performance of the operators.
- Maintain a safety work environment.
- Prepare reports for the production performance.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of Vocational Course or College Level
- Minimum of 2 years work experience as Operator Team Leader
- Experience in handling machineries, forklift, wheel loaders operations, and boiler operations preferred
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule
- Location: Mabalacat City, Pampanga
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
