Job Description
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Analyze testing result patterns and data for product quality improvement.
- Deliver end-to-end QA from test cases creation to execution.
- Create detailed, comprehensive reports.
- Identify and report error codes, bugs, and defects.
- Isolate, replicate, and verify defects for accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with QA Manager to prioritize bugs/issues.
- Recommend process enhancements through continuous improvement.
- Review design specifications and validate software functions.
- Conduct testing to ensure product compliance with user requirements.
- Report defects to programmers and propose solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving aptitude.
- Proficient in creating narrative reports from specifications.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
