Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Jr. Specialist in Credit Management. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and assessing the creditworthiness of potential clients, monitoring and managing credit limits, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the creditworthiness of new clients by gathering and analyzing financial information
- Monitor existing client accounts and recommend changes to credit limits based on payment history and financial performance
- Review and enforce credit policies and procedures to minimize risk
- Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate repayment plans
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for credit assessments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good understanding of credit assessment and risk management principles
- Proficient in MS Excel and other financial analysis tools
