Job Description
Qualifications:
- Must be a B.S. Accountancy graduate
- Must have at least one (1) year of work experience as a general accountant (AR/AP/payroll)
- Must be knowledgeable in QuickBooks or any similar accounting system
- Must have a background in Philippine taxation
- A team player, with a good work attitude especially honesty and a sense of confidentiality.
- Keen to details and efficient
- Willing to work in Valero, Makati
Job Description:
- Responsible for recording accounts payable & check disbursement
- Knowledgeable with general bookkeeping, bank reconciliation and daily cash management, classifying and recording of 2307 from clients.
- Recording journal entries for accruals
- Assist in the reconciliation of account balances and closing of books for financial reporting with management and for tax purposes.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly BIR returns.
- Other duties and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php25,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
