Job Description
Deployed, a reputable BPO specializing in workforce solutions, seeks a Junior Accountant to support our finance team. Responsibilities include bank reconciliations (commercial, transactional, credit cards), invoice and bill processing, loan and journal handling, client communications, weekly client refunds, management of unallocated credits & collections, AP/AR monitoring, BDX tasks, and preparation of revenue, COGS, clawback, and balance sheet reconciliation reports.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent), 1–2 years accounting experience (insurance/financial services preferred), proficiency in Excel and Xero, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. Must reliably commute or relocate to Pasig.
