Job Description
Job Description:
- Receiving receipt from Petty Cash custodian, inputting and processing in the system.
- Receiving request for payment from warehouse department.
- Verifying and processing invoices.
- Processing in SAP system.
- Submitting processed request for payment for approval to designated signatories.
- Reconciling vendor invoices and addressing discrepancies.
- Scanning documents for submission to the head office.
- Printing all necessary reports for Accounting Manager.
- Preparing journal entries for fixed assets, insurance, intangible assets, suspense assets, and suspense inventory.
- Photocopying checks and payment vouchers.
- Printing AP invoice and Journal Entry reports.
- Assisting Accounting Manager and team with other tasks as needed.
- Maintaining files and documentation thoroughly and accurately.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
