Job Description

Location: Muntinlupa City

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in financial record maintenance and compliance with accounting policies.
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and reconciliation.
• Help in payroll preparation and tax filings under supervision.
• Contribute to financial reporting activities and preparation of financial statements.

Administrative Support:

• Assist in general administrative tasks for operational efficiency.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Coordinate with external service providers (legal, HR, IT support).
• Implement and maintain company policies and procedures.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the finance and administration team.
• Support senior management and team members with ad-hoc tasks.
• Contribute positively to a collaborative work culture.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Previous experience or internship in accounting or administrative roles preferred.
• Basic understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
