Job Description
General Job Description
The overall objective of Junior Accountant is to assist with the management of the company’s Finance Department by preparing and mailing invoices to customers, ensuring all incoming payments are received and processed, keeping a precise record of all incoming payments, and making contact with clients to ensure outstanding invoices are paid.
- Posting payments to customer accounts
- Organizing and filing deposit receipts as invoices are paid
- Preparing reports on delinquent accounts and customer payment profiles
- Reconciling cash receipts and deposits
- Analyzing financial records for accuracy
