Job Description
Preparation of request for payment, liquidation, reimbursement, petty cash replenishment, Cash advance and expense summary report and journal entries.
Preparation and EFPS filing of BIR Alpha lists, summary list of sales, summary list of purchases and withholding VAT relief.
Monitor and update accounts for accrual.
Coordination with other departments to oversee finance and administrative transactions.
Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly & yearly closings.
Bank reconciliations.
Data management and storage.
Other administrative task may be assigned as needed.
