Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Junior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team at Cebu Pacific. As a Junior Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in the processing and reconciliation of accounts payable transactions.
In this role, your main duties will include:
- Verifying the accuracy of invoices and ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained.
- Matching invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
- Processing invoices into the accounting system.
- Assisting in the reconciliations of vendor statements.
- Resolving any discrepancies or issues with vendors.
- Assisting with month-end closing activities.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a degree in accounting or finance, with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is also required.
