Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, preferably licensed
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in planning and design from a real estate developer
- Proficient in Architectural design software (e.g., Autocad, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, 3D Max) and basic knowledge in MS Office
- Basic knowledge in National Building codes and other related planning & construction laws
- Can interpret technical drawings on various engineering disciplines
Job Summary:
A Junior Architect supports technical plans, prepares permit & construction drawings, and assists in marketing collateral creation for projects.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
