Job Description
SEAFLOW MARKETING CORPORATION is seeking a Junior Architect to join our team. This position requires a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Ability to conceptualize small-large scale plans and establish required milestones to complete projects.
- Analyze demographic data and identify trends in employment, health, and other areas.
- Professional work experience using a combination of creative and technical concepts in problem-solving.
- Detailed understanding of all government laws, policies, and processes.
- Experience utilizing geographic information systems (GIS) software.
- Full-scale understanding of the social and environmental effects of proposed plans and the best practices in design aesthetics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in MS Word and Excel together with MS PowerPoint for presentations.
- Keen problem finding, analytic, and solution proposing skills that allow for strategic data and information interpretation and how to make the best use of them with a view to elaborating concise and clear reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills: experiences in effectively conveying key data and presentation materials to senior management board or other outside partners.
This is a full-time position located in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. The salary range is Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month.
