Job Description
- Prepare presentations and design drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.
- Help prepare designs and complete construction documents, building plans, and assist in the presentation of materials.
- Conduct site visits and assist in the documentation of existing conditions.
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of site information.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, bids, contracts, and specifications.
- Research building codes and regulations applicable to projects.
- Work closely with a team of professionals such as engineers and construction supervisors.
- Assist in project coordination to ensure smooth and timely completion.
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable requirements set by the company.
- Assist in conducting quality inspections and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Provide support for other assigned tasks or duties by the supervisor.
- Help maintain project documentation and organization.
