Job Description
WTA Architecture and Design Studio is currently seeking young and promising junior architects who are passionate and possess excellent design skills. If you are looking for an opportunity to showcase your creativity and contribute to innovative design projects, this position is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative, and functional design
- Identify clients’ needs and create feasibility reports and design proposals
- Develop ideas considering clients’ needs, building usage, and environmental impact
- Create detailed blueprints and make necessary corrections
- Compile project specifications
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor project progress and report on status
- Collaborate with construction professionals
- Stay updated with architectural trends and advancements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture
- Academic honors and citations preferred (e.g., Cum Laude, Best Thesis, Dean’s List, etc.)
- Strong design understanding demonstrated through a design portfolio
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of 3D software and rendering engines
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to tasks
- Ability to handle pressure, prioritize duties, and meet deadlines
- Open-minded and committed to lifelong learning
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
