Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth daily activities.
- Supervise dining area services.
- Order ingredients and compute costs.
- Support the manager in maintaining food quality.
- Handle customer complaints in the manager’s absence.
Qualifications:
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service.
- Ability to multi-task under pressure.
- Experience: 2 years in restaurant management.
