Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Associate to join our team as part of our General Ledger department. As a Junior Associate, you will play a vital role in assisting with financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general journal entries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
