Job Description:
- Conduct legal research and analysis of various documents.
- Review contracts and perform legal audits.
- File applications with government agencies.
- Attend client meetings and represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings.
- Notarize documents as required.
- Complete other tasks as necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Law Degree from a reputable institution.
- Passed the Philippine Bar Examination.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
