Job Description:
- Conduct legal research and analyze various legal documents.
- Review contracts and perform legal due diligence.
- File applications with government agencies.
- Attend client meetings and conferences.
- Represent clients in contract negotiations and legal proceedings.
- Notarize documents when applicable.
- Perform other tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
- Law Degree from a reputable institution.
- Passed the Philippine Bar Examination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Willing to undergo training.
