Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Bookkeeper. As a Junior Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for assisting in various financial tasks, including record-keeping, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma, with a focus on accounting preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
