Job Description
EnablesGROUP is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Junior Customer Service Specialist to join our e-commerce team. You will provide exceptional support, ensuring a seamless shopping experience through timely responses and efficient issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries, assist in order management, resolve complaints, and collaborate with departments.
Qualifications: Previous experience preferred, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in customer service software.
Job Type: Full-time | Schedule: 8-hour shift | Education: Bachelor’s preferred.
