Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Data Quality Analyst. As a Junior Data Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data within our organization. You will work closely with the data management team to identify and resolve data quality issues, conduct data audits, and recommend process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data quality checks to identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Analyze data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity
- Conduct regular data audits and implement corrective actions
- Work closely with the data management team to develop and maintain data quality standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and improve data accuracy
- Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance data quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and SQL
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
