Job Description
The primary job responsibility of Junior E-Commerce Associate is to assist the E-commerce Lead in analyzing the online sales data, trends in customer purchases, and changes in the online retail market.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare Product upload files
- Review brand’s product info on marketplaces for accuracy
- Monitor competitor’s promotions and offerings
- Prepare and analyze detailed product inventory reports
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse for marketplace stocking
- Respond promptly to online customer inquiries
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support
- Align with e-commerce team on marketplace campaigns
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Graduate of any Business course
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience in E-Commerce is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of graphic software like Adobe Illustrator
- Willing to work in Makati
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
