Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Junior Finance Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis. The successful candidate will assist with budgeting, variance analysis, data reconciliation, and month-end close activities while contributing to accurate and timely financial information.
- Responsibilities: assist with budgeting and forecasts, perform variance and trend analysis, reconcile financial data, and support monthly close and reporting processes.
- Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; 0–2 years of relevant experience; advanced Excel skills; strong attention to detail and analytical thinking; effective communication and teamwork abilities.
