About the job
In this role, you will provide operational support to the client’s investment programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include understanding investment structures, monitoring tax and legal documents, liaising with external parties, ownership verification, coordinating with auditors, and more.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in private equity or financial services operations
- Ability to interpret corporate transaction documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive behavior
