Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Support to join our team. Responsibilities include providing technical assistance and support to our staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining IT systems.
The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of computer systems and networks, possess good problem-solving skills, and be able to communicate effectively with team members.
Additionally, you will assist in the installation and configuration of computer hardware and software and perform regular upgrades and maintenance.
