Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to the In-House Counsel.
- Works within the HR and Compliance Department to process compliance requirements, such as PEZA and BOI.
- Initiates and prepares the drafting of contracts, memos, legal correspondences, pleadings, and legal tools. Brainstorms with the team regarding the viability of proposed legal solutions.
- Provides the initial legal review of contracts, legal correspondences, and legal tools.
- Performs initial review of pleadings in relation to regulatory cases.
- Designs and oversees the company’s policy and position on legal matters.
- Guides management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Attends to any ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
