- Draft and review legal documents.
- Prepare pleadings and handle disputes.
- Provide legal support to the organization.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings.
- Coordinate with external counsel.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct legal research and prepare opinions.
Job Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and bar admission.
- Strong legal knowledge and writing skills.
