Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Manager in our BPO/Call Center division. As a Junior Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our call center operations and meeting our clients’ needs.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of call center agents, monitoring their performance, and providing guidance and coaching as needed. You will also be involved in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase productivity, and achieve business goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
