Job Description
1. Field Supervisor, oversee and manage field personnel.
2. Officer In-Charge or Assistant to the Mine Development and Services Personnel.
3. Supervises Mine Development and Services Foreman, Checkers, Drivers, and Operators.
4. Supervises the implementation of work program and timeline given by the Mine Development and Services Engineer.
5. Supervises the implementation of Environmental Management System (EMS) during operation.
6. Supervise and follow up MDS Heavy Equipment Repair and PMS scheduling to Mechanical and Maintenance Department.
7. Review Equipment Utilization Report (EUR) on a daily basis.
8. Coordinate with other Department Supervisors for any MDS related activities.
9. Conduct and complete employee performance evaluation under her/his supervision.
10. Submit daily accomplishment report to MDS Engineer.
