Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Online Store Operations candidate to join our team. As a Junior Online Store Operations staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our online store. You will be responsible for managing inventory, processing orders, and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
In this role, you will work closely with the store managers and other team members to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. You should have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Process online orders and ensure timely delivery
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth shipping process
- Assist in optimizing online store performance
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in online store operations is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
