Job Description
Experience:
- Have EMS electronic factory work experience
- Team management of more than 100 people
- Be able to form a new team and be responsible for the KPI of team members
Some duties and responsibilities:
- Develop KPI indicators for the department under the team’s jurisdiction
- Lead the team to implement the content of the KPI, train the team members in the implementation process, lead the members to grow and form the core framework of the company’s needs
- Make the team training plan, and strictly implement, responsible for all employees’ skill card
- Organize and lead company monthly meeting, weekly meeting, daily meeting
- Responsible for the company’s production plan, production process, production quality, production delivery
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php30,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
